  • One on One ADHD Coaching

    Tailored one-on-one coaching sessions designed to highlight your strengths and address specific challenges and goals related to your ADHD. One 45-minute phone call per week, periodic text check-ins throughout the week. Specifically curated strategies and resources to support your particular goals. The approach is strength-based and full of fresh air and mindful practices.

  • Group Yoga and ADHD Coaching

    This group also meets twice monthly. The first 30 minutes of each meeting is a yoga session curated specifically for the group. The second 30-minutes is group discussion on that week’s ADHD related theme.

  • ADHD Parent Coaching

    Get expert support as you learn new strategies and tools to reach your goal of family peace and harmony.
