After many years of back pain and poor flexibility, I found relief at Pioneer Yoga. Becki has created a studio with a welcoming atmosphere and fills it with kindness and a sense of calm. Yoga has allowed me to continue enjoying an active lifestyle. As an added bonus, Becki is patient, friendly and often quite funny yoga instructor.

Becki’s classes are for everyone, she has an uncanny ability to cater classes to each individual’s physical abilities. I learned something new every time, and felt a sense of of peace not only in my body but in my mind. Becki is hands down, my favorite yoga teacher.

I had always been intrigued by the idea of yoga, but I was paralyzed by the fear of being way too out of shape to even attempt it. The thought of contorting my body into various poses, especially in a room full of experienced yogis, felt like an impossible feat. However, something inside me urged me to take the plunge and give it a try. Becki's room was full of healing energy and smiles. My 50 yr old body feels 30 again. I'm sleeping without pain and waking up with hips ready to hunt!

Having taken a few different yoga classes before Becki’s, I can tell you Pioneer Yoga is different. I felt a warm sense of belonging as soon as I stepped in. There was no judgement. I felt a vary “come as you are” atmosphere. Incredibly welcoming. Becki has this wonderful ability to teach to the individual. She seems intuitive about each students body. I learn something new from Becki every class I take.

I have been enjoying yoga with Becki for many years and go every chance I get. She is very sensitive to everyone’s special situation, and is always teaching, about breath, balance, and focus. I have learned so much and been so healed.

Becki Neidens is hands-down the best yoga instructor I have ever had. She is attentive to each class member's needs and personal abilities, while moving forward through poses.
